Phone and Telemarketing Fraud

If you have been arrested in the Orlando area for a violation of Title 18, Section 2325 of the USC and charged with telemarketing fraud, call the defense team of Finebloom & Haenel now!

“Telemarketing” means using interstate telephone calls to plan, program, promotion, or campaign that is conducted to induce:

purchases of goods or services; or

participation in a contest or sweepstakes; or

a charitable contribution, donation, or gift of money or any other thing of value,

If this is done in a fraudulent manner, you can face up to five years in a federal prison. If your fraudulent telemarketing scheme affects a person over the age of 55, or if you purposefully target parties over the age of 55, you can face up to ten years in prison.

At the law offices of Finebloom & Haenel, we understand that a federal charge can disrupt your life and that of your family. Our experienced and compassionate attorneys take the time to explore all of your options. We make sure you understand all steps of the process so that you can make the best decision for you and your case.

If you have been arrested call the law office of Finebloom & Haenel now. Our attorneys are available 24/7 for consultation at 407-218-6277.
