Sexual Harassment

If you have been arrested in the Orlando area for violating Florida statute 800.09 which prohibits lewd or lascivious exhibition in the presence of an employee the defense attorneys of Finebloom & Haenel can create a defense for you!

Under this statute it is illegal for a person to perform any of these acts in the presence of a person he or she knows or reasonably should know is an employee of a jail or prison facility:

1.Intentionally masturbate;
2.Intentionally expose the genitals in a lewd or lascivious manner; or
3.Intentionally commit any other sexual act that does not involve actual physical or sexual contact with the victim, including, but not limited to, sadomasochistic abuse, sexual bestiality, or the simulation of any act involving sexual activity.

To do so is a felony of the third degree punishable by up to five years in a Florida prison. This crime is usually charged when a female officer notices a male inmate masturbating.

Do not expose yourself to five additional years in jail! The attorneys of Finebloom & Haenel are available to represent you. We can assist you in preparing a defense. Call us now at 407-218-6277. We are available 24/7 to arrange a consultation.
