Trespassing

If you have been arrested in the Orlando area for trespass in violation of Florida Statute 810.08 or 810.09 the attorneys of Finebloom & Haenel can help you. By calling 407-218-6277 you can speak with an attorney 24/7 about your options.

To prove the charge of trespass, the State must show that you were on someone else’s property without permission. This can be a house, shed, vacant lot, parking lot, store or other property.

Usually trespass is a second degree misdemeanor punishable by up to 60 days in the county jail. If there is a person in the place you were trespassing then it is a first degree misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail.

If you have been arrested or cited for trespass, call the attorneys of Finebloom & Haenel. We are available by phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week at 407-218-6277. We can discuss your options and any possible defenses you may have.
